Baker boy hat: ASOS // Khaki duster jacket: Topshop // Cut out high neck top: Boohoo // Split front trousers: Cheap Monday @ ASOS // Pointed flat shoes: Primark // Alexander Wang Rocco Bag: Coggles

R A M B L E :

Well it's been a little while since I've done this! I have to admit it felt a bit strange standing in a public place taking outfit photos. I was so used to doing it 4 years ago, it was just so normal having people walk past & watching but I have to admit, I did feel a little cringe when we were taking these. Not because I was embarrassed as such, more that I felt totally out of practice! I'm pretty sure after a few more attempts it will all be 'normal' again.

O U T F I T :

I have really been digging minimal style at the moment. Clean cuts & muted colours really do seem the way forward. Comfort is also key for me as there's nothing worse than feeling totally uncomfortable in an outfit whether I'm wearing it all day or just a few hours, it must be as comfortable as possible.

These split front leggings by Cheap Monday are my new go-to trousers. Considering they are actually leggings, they are pretty flattering. The cut is not too tight & I am a huge fan of the split ankle detail. They definitely tick all the comfort boxes too!

Can we talk about the 'man repeller' that I am wearing on my head? I call it the man repeller as it seems almost every dude that has come into contact with me whilst I've been wearing it has either compared me to George RR Martin or Captain Birdseye, HA! I'm a big fan of the baker boy hat myself hence why I'm wearing mine but I am curious to hear your opinions!

Sorry again for my rustiness but I guess I'll sign off with a 'speak to you soon' as I am planning on making this whole blog post thing a lot more regular again!

'Clever girl'

………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

Oh hello there my fellow dinosaur friends. I am a huge dino enthusiast so naturally, when I saw this two piece, my inner dinosaur got all excited *flails around tiny arms like a T-rex*

My love for all things Dinosaur were re-ignited a few weeks ago also when we went to see Jurassic World at the cinema. It.was.brilliant! I promise I'm not just saying that because I am dino obsessed, or Chris Pratt obsessed or something...hahahah! But seriously, it was great. It had the perfect amount of nostalgia, raptor action & Chris Pratt dreamboating...ahem.

Anyways, You might have already seen me post this on my Instagram (stalk me: @sugarpea_ ) last night but I wanted to share it on here too, you know, shout it from the roof tops & all that!

I bought this little two-piece number from Pretty Little Thing. It is part of PLT's current 'Playhouse' collection. You can get both pieces for just £18 (if you are a first time shopper, you can get 15% off your first order by signing up to their newsletter, fab!)

So what are you waiting for? Go & shop (here)

What do you think of this two piece? Would you wear it? Let me know in the comments or you can tweet me @sugarpea_

Breton striped Lace Up Top: Topshop
Boyfriend shorts: Topshop
Chunky sandals: Topshop
………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

Well, hahahah! It was only when I started writing the list of Items above that I realised I am in fact wearing all Topshop, oopsies. Who am I?

Anywhooo... we needed to test some stuff out (lighting/composition etc) in the studio the other day & apart from the fact I can't snap my fingers & make a model appear they are also bloody expensive so I stood in for a 10 minute mini shoot. As you can probably tell, my eyes are full of hay fever hence the squinty eye business in the last shot (':

At least you can see my new favorite top anyway. I tend to only buy basics from Topshop, mainly denim, shirts & jersey tees as everything is still pretty expensive, boo! even though It was £22 I am really glad I bought it. It love a good ol' striped tee & the lace up detail on the front of this one is really neat!

This is pretty much the kind of thing I wear to work on a daily basis when I know I need to be comfortable, ha, I dress for comfort a lot these days (':

What do you think of this outfit? Do you mind me doing the odd outfit/personal post every so often? Let me know in the comments or you can tweet me @sugarpea_
